Cspect performed an underwater inspection of a monopile. Here we had to inspect the monopiles of windturbines.

During these inspections with underwater drones the monopiles are checked for various issues along the inside and outside using underwater cameras, multi beam sonars, cathodic protection meter and other state of the art tools. The focus during these inspections is then on the condition of the anodes, cable protection systems, bottom/scour, growth of organisms, corrosion, …

These inspections are generally highly technical and structured. This was another succesful inspection for Cspect!
